All purchases of our Products are non-refundable, due to the sensitive handling nature of the items. For defective or damaged items, the purchaser has 30 days to contact us, during which we will work to replace and/or troubleshoot any issues. Issues after 30 days of purchase will downgrade to troubleshooting support only. We strongly encourage inspection of your item as soon as it is received for this reason.
